"Legal & Regulatory Framework Governing Investment of ₹ 10,00,000.00 in the Indian Securities Market"

Abstract	The paper takes the example of making an investment in the Indian financial market with your capital of ₹10,00,000 outlaid towards high-risk funds and sectors – 60% of it and safe/fall back investment avenues – 40% under a bi-partition allocation system rule. The study brings out SEBI as a primary regulator and also bring out the statutory provisions of The Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, The SEBI Act,1992 and Mutual fund regulations.
