| Abstract | Adhesive capsulitis, or frozen shoulder, is a progressive condition marked by pain and restricted shoulder movement due to capsular inflammation and fibrosis. MRI, the gold standard for shoulder imaging, aids in early detection by revealing key indicators like capsular thickening and ligament changes. This study evaluates the diagnostic value of anterior capsule abnormalities to enhance MRI accuracy. |
