Abstract The Smart Career Development System is an intelligent and comprehensive platform designed to enhance the employability of students and job seekers by integrating multiple career-oriented modules into a single, user-friendly interface. In today’s competitive job market, candidates need more than just academic qualifications they require tools that help them build, evaluate, and present their professional profiles effectively. This system fulfills that need through a suite of automated modules, including a Resume Builder for creating professional resumes with customizable templates, and a Resume Analyzer that evaluates formatting accuracy and keyword optimization to ensure compatibility with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Additionally, the MCQ-Based Mock Interview module enables users to practice technical and aptitude questions interactively, simulating a real interview experience to build confidence and readiness. Beyond these, the system also includes a Portfolio Generator for
creating personalized digital portfolios to professionally showcase achievements, certifications, and skills, as well as a Self-Introduction Generator that helps users refine their self-presentation skills through spoken introductions. Together, these modules offer a holistic approach to career development by blending automation, accessibility, and interactive learning. By streamlining resume creation, portfolio building, and interview preparation, the Smart Career Development System empowers individuals to present themselves effectively, improve their confidence, and achieve their career aspirations with greater efficiency and professionalism.
