| Abstract | This study investigates the relationship between human resource practices and employee attitudes in private banking sector. The research examines how various HR practices including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations influence employee attitudes such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work engagement. Using a quantitative research approach with survey methodology, data was collected from 350 employees across five major private banks.
