| Abstract | The advancement has enormous implications for privacy law in current times. This innovation has made it possible to broadcast a person's personal difficulties to the general public. In this way, the threat of incursion into personal space is revealed. Advances in information technology and telecommunications have greatly increased the amount of data and information that can be stored, recovered, accessed, and aggregated fast. Currently, technological advancement might be seen of as a force that opposes efficiency. This fueled a never-ending desire to produce as many items as possible with the least amount of human effort. Innovation blurs the lines between limitations and streams toward a mix of techniques that ensures all data is extracted and logged. Our Internet has aided it in a remarkable way. The computer industry and the Internet (also known as the "world wide web," or "www") are ideal illustrations of both global positive and negative effects in this context, as are activities like communication, administration, governance, interpersonal relationships, financial services (both banking and non-banking), medical records, and personal information. The standard of crimes has changed as a result of the advancement of technology. Most crimes in today's world can be committed with a single click, and thieves can get their hands on secure information. One of the factors fueling the growth of cybercrime is the desire for knowledge. |
