| Abstract | The purpose of the study "Work-Life Balance, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment: Insights from Gender Perspectives in IT Companies" is to analyse how gender influence employees' ability to maintain a balance between their professional and personal lives, and how this balance affects their job satisfaction and commitment to the organization. The study aims to identify gender variations in these factors within the IT sector and to provide insights for policymakers and human resource professionals to design better work-life balance initiatives that enhance employee well-being, satisfaction, and loyalty. |
