The Candidate’s Lens: Mapping Determinants of Organizational Selection

Abstract Objective:- This paper's goal is to identify the employer branding perceptions and critical factors influencing MBA students find most significant when evaluating potential employers.
Method:- Fifty final-year MBA students from different Mumbai colleges participated in an exploratory study. A systematic questionnaire was used in an electronic survey to gather data. Convenience sampling, a non-probability sample approach, was used to choose the respondents.
Finding :- To analyse the data IBM-SPSS software was used. Cronbach alpha was used to test the reliability.
