| Abstract | The Smart Placement Kit is an AI-powered Learning Management System (LMS) designed to enhance student readiness for technical interviews and placements by providing personalized, data-driven preparation. It integrates natural language processing, computer vision, and generative AI to simulate realistic interview environments and deliver comprehensive performance feedback. The system analyzes facial expressions, attention, verbal responses, and coding performance to assess both technical and soft skills. Using LLMs, CNNs, and machine learning, it evaluates communication clarity, problem-solving strategy, confidence, and engagement levels. Through AI-driven mock interviews, adaptive learning paths, and real-time feedback, the platform enables students to track progress, identify weaknesses, and develop holistically. Generative AI techniques like GANs and diffusion models further enhance realism by creating immersive, dynamic interview simulations, offering a scalable, personalized, and innovative approach to modern placement preparation. |
