Abstract Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming the educational landscape by providing innovative tools that assist teachers in planning, instruction, assessment, and professional growth. This research explores how AI empowers teachers by automating repetitive tasks, offering data-driven insights, and supporting personalized learning environments. The study also highlights challenges such as data privacy, ethical concerns, and the digital divide that affect successful implementation. Findings suggest that AI acts as a co-teacher—enhancing efficiency and creativity rather than replacing educators. The report concludes that empowering teachers with AI is a key step toward achieving inclusive, adaptive, and future-ready education systems
