| Abstract | This research addresses a multi-objective transportation problem involving three supply centers and four demand warehouses. The study formulates the problem as a multi-objective linear programming model and solves individual objective functions using the simplex Method. To achieve a single optimal solution, Chandra Sen's Method is applied to convert the multi-objective model into a single-objective framework, which is again solved using the simplex Method. The proposed methodology ensures balanced trade-offs among competing objectives, providing a systematic decision-making framework. Results demonstrate the effectiveness of integrating Chandra Sen's Method with the simplex Method for achieving optimal transportation plans under multiple objectives. |
