| Abstract | Digital and hybrid learning places have brought about a revolution in education, providing flexibility, ease of access, and innovation. Nevertheless, this digitalization-driven acceleration has also escalated the degree of digital burnout, which entails cognitive, mental, and emotional burnout among learners and teachers. This is based on a conceptual paper of offering a Brain-Based Learning Framework of Stress-Free Hybrid Education (BBL-SHE) that consists of applying neuroscience and psychology and pedagogy to alleviate digital burnout and foster cognitive health. Based on neurobiological principles of learning, including attention control, emotional safety, neuroplasticity and memory consolidation, the framework highlights five overlapping aspects, namely Neural Regulation, Cognitive Engagement, Emotional-Social Interaction, Environmental Design, and Reflective Integration. When combined these dimensions re-harmonize the instructional design with the rhythms of natural learning with the brain so that there is a perfect balance between digital stimulation and neural recovery. It discusses pedagogical, psychological, and institutional implications, emphasizing the need to have neuro-sustainable education policies, stress-conscious instructions. The study makes a neuroeducation paradigm based on emotional balance, cognitive efficiency, and mental resilience by reconceptualizing hybrid learning through the prism of brain health. The BBL-SHE model therefore offers a platform through which hybrid learning environments can be designed, which are not only academic but also neurologically restorative to create digital learning as an environment where intellectual and emotional growth can be made sustainable. |
