Abstract Garbhini Chardi (pregnancy-related nausea and vomiting) is one of the most common physiological conditions of early gestation, correlating with Emesis Gravidarum in modern obstetrics. Although often self-limiting, excessive vomiting can compromise maternal and fetal health. Conventional antiemetics may produce undesirable side effects, making Ayurvedic alternatives clinically relevant.
