| Abstract | This study centers on critical determinants in the selection of mobile banking application platforms. This is a descriptive investigation utilizing primary evidence gathered through a survey instrument and personal conversations from a specifically selected sample of 51 participants. The data processing was executed with the aid of a statistical computing program. The Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) methodology was utilized on the primary data acquired via a Likert-type rating scale. The factor analysis demonstrates that although the underlying motivations for application choice vary across individuals, a set of key dimensions (latent constructs) strongly influence this behaviour. Beyond technical attributes such as ease of access and quality of technical assistance, intuitive design, and system integration, other variables like the Service Provider’s Financial Stability and the Variety of Transaction Options Offered also exert a significant impact on the final decision. |
