| Abstract | The healthcare sector is rapidly embracing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve efficiency and service delivery. In government hospitals, persistent HR challenges such as staff shortages, heavy workloads, and administrative delays affect employees’ work-life balance. AI-driven HR practices—like automated scheduling, performance tracking, and employee support—offer potential solutions. However, their impact on the work-life balance of healthcare workers in public hospitals remains underexplored. This study seeks to examine how AI-enabled HR systems influence employee well-being and work-life balance in government healthcare institutions. |
