Abstract This research paper aims to provide an analytic study on the deployment, evaluation and digital makeover of significant Indian social security schemes (Employees’ Provident Fund), Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, Professional Tax) in operational structure of consulting firms. The analysis concentrates on how consultancy firms enable legal compliance, encourage
employees welfare and increase awareness in client companies. In an age of growing digitization of statutory system, consulting firms have emerged as critical intermediaries to achieving precision, timeliness and legality. Adopting the method of secondary data collection, this study refers the statutory guidelines, government reports, organizational records and published literature.
