| Abstract | Artificial Intelligence (AI) and HR analytics are transforming the landscape of logistics and supply chain management by enabling organizations to optimize workforce planning, streamline operations, and enhance strategic decision-making. This review-based study synthesizes findings from relevant articles published between 2023 and 2025, examining the interplay of AI, HR analytics, and logistics. The research highlights how AI-driven analytics enhances recruitment, performance evaluation, and workforce deployment in logistics-heavy sectors while simultaneously improving inventory control, last-mile delivery, and customer satisfaction. Through a systematic literature review, five key themes emerge: predictive workforce planning, automation of HR and logistics tasks, performance optimization, ethical considerations, and global readiness. The findings reveal that while AI adoption offers significant benefits such as improved efficiency and data-driven decision-making, challenges related to employee resistance, algorithmic bias, and data privacy persist. This study proposes a conceptual framework linking HR analytics and logistics through AI integration, offering valuable insights for managers, policymakers, and researchers in both human resource management and supply chain domains. |
