Impact of Indo-Western Apparel on Indian Destination Wedding

Abstract This research explores the of designing and developing Indo-western wear tailored specifically for women attending destination weddings. Initially a survey was conducted to identify the consumer preference. Then a theme was chosen and the mood board, colour board was developed. Based on the indo-western style the garment designs were developed. The project "Impact of Indo-Western Apparel on Indian Destination Wedding" focuses on designing a versatile range of ensembles tailored specifically for women attending destination weddings in India. These garments seamlessly blend elements of traditional Indian attire with contemporary Western influences to cater to the divers. The design collection includes a variety of Indian outfits and types, such as Saree, lehenga, sharara set, Anarkali, palazzo set, fusion saree gowns, and cape dresses.
