Intelligent Negotiation Bot and Demand-Aware Commerce System: Using Machine Learning

Abstract Dynamic Pricing in modern E-Commerce relies on intelligent systems to adjust prices based on market trends and customer behavior. Recent studies show how Machine Learning methods, especially Random Forest models, help predict sales and optimize discounts, while Reinforcement Learning supports real-time price adjustments. Research also highlights the growing role of Price Negotiation Chatbots and Sentiment Analysis, which personalize interactions by interpreting customer intent. Overall, existing approaches show good accuracy and adaptability, but gaps remain in integrating dynamic pricing, negotiation, and sentiment-aware systems into one unified platform.
