EMPLOYEE JOB SATISFACTION- A STUDY IN YKC FARMHOUSE (North Bengal Region)

Abstract	ABSTRACT This study is on ‘Employee Job Satisfaction’ and was carried out at YKC Farmhouse. The main objective of the research was to find out the satisfaction level of employees in the organisations of the different Farm Houses in the North Bengal region. A survey was conducted among employees to assess their levels of satisfaction and how it impacts their motivation and performance. The primary data was collected from the employees through questionnaires. The findings indicate that fair compensation and effective management play a crucial role in enhancing employee satisfaction.
