In this research we are going to investigate how the steel industry is shifting from traditional steel manufacturing to environmentally friendly green-steel production and what are the challenges they are facing to adopting it quickly. The paper also reviews present day technologies which support this transition and shows how major companies back this change and assesses both financial and environmental aspects of green-steel deployment.
