| Abstract | This research explores how Cordelia Cruises achieved exponential brand growth between 2022 and 2024 through a strategically executed influencer marketing model. By prioritizing creator discovery, user-generated content, and a consistent collaboration pipeline of 25–30 influencers per month, Cordelia scaled its digital presence from 100K to 500K+ Instagram followers without heavy ad spend. This case study details the operational strategy, influencer selection metrics (notably the 10% MoM growth filter), UGC flywheel, and executional leadership that powered India’s most successful travel brand marketing story. |
