Abstract India is a land of villages. In India there are about 6, 00,000 villages, where 4 out of 5 live in villages. Thus, we can inevitably say that the soul and spirit of India lies in the villages. India will sustain so long as the village persists. Thus, the economy or developments of the nation lies to a great extent in the welfare of the villages. Assam is also a land of villages, of which 80% is under rural areas. Rural Mising women Another important phenomena that Woman Empowerment is the key instrument to extend women's capacity to have empowerment of women is basically the procedure of upliftment of monetary, social and political status of women, the customarily underprivileged ones, in the general public. It is the way toward guarding them against all types of cruelty. In this paper examine the Rural Missing women how play a important role development the village society and The study ended up by a perception that entrance to education; employment and they also change in social structure are just the empowering components to Women Empowerment.
