The Role of HR in Fostering a Positive Workplace Culture and its effects on Employee Engagement

Abstract This research investigates the role of Human Resources (HR) in fostering a positive workplace culture and its effects on employee engagement. The study aims to highlight the significance of HR practices in creating an environment that promotes employee satisfaction, motivation, and productivity. Through a comprehensive literature review and analysis of existing HR strategies, the research identifies key factors that contribute to a positive workplace culture, including effective communication, recognition programs, and employee involvement in decision-making. The findings suggest that a strong HR presence not only enhances workplace culture but also leads to increased employee. This study was undertaken with the employees working in different organization. The sample size for the study is 97 employees and the researcher used the descriptive research. Non-random sampling method was used, and the data was collected through convenience sampling techniques. The primary data was collected from the respondents through the questionnaire. The outcomes revealed that the role of HR in fostering a positive workplace culture has a positive effects on the employee engagement.
