Abstract Teachers play a transformative role in primary education by acting not only as instructors but also as mentors, guides, and role models. Their attitudes, behavior, communication style, and pedagogical decisions deeply influence children’s holistic development. This section explores how teachers support children emotionally, academically, socially, and morally through mentorship and exemplary conduct.
