Abstract	AI is a transformative technology in healthcare ,using advanced algorithms like machine learning to analyze vast , complex medical data Benefits including enhancing diagnostic accuracy [often out performing humans in ares like radiology ] , enabling personalized treatment plans, accelerating drug discovery, and improving operational efficiency through workflow automation . Risks involves critical challenges like algorithmic bias leading to health inequities, the black box problem which compromises trust and transparency, and serious concerns regarding data privacy and security . successful integration requires robust ethical guidelines, regulatory oversight, and maintaining AI as an augmentative tool to support –not replace- clinical judgment
