Abstract	Psychosocial stress, sleep dysrhythmia, and excessive digital screen exposure are increasingly recognised as lifestyle determinants capable of influencing periodontal health through inflammatory, behavioural, and circadian-mediated pathways. Public awareness of these associations, however, remains limited.
