Abstract The study aimed to correlate the Tampa Scale of Kinesiophobia and the WHOQOL-BREF Questionnaire in frozen shoulder patients. The study established that kinesiophobia negatively correlated with all domains of quality of life in patients with frozen shoulder. High fear of movement contributes to physical inactivity, emotional distress, social withdrawal, and environmental dissatisfaction. These findings underscore the importance of integrating biopsychological approaches in frozen shoulder rehabilitation to reduce kinesiophobia, promote active participation, and improve well-being.
