The Impact of Big Data Analytics on The Financial System And Its Regulatory Compliances

Abstract Big data Analytics in financial system with the evolution of AI and analytical tool has changed the way to mitigating risk while taking financial decisions and enhancing operational efficiency. Financial sectors with the increase in use of analytical tools; which has the capability to process large amount of structured and unstructured data has changed the perspectives of risk management, fraud detection, customer segmentation, and investment strategies in financial Sector. Use of AI and Advance machine learning techniques support real-time data processing which establishes more agile and personalized financial services & driving customer satisfaction. However, this change in technological trends brings about challenges such as Data Privacy, cyber security risks and needs for skilled data professionals which still remain a gap in management of financial markets necessitating on-going innovation and robust governance frameworks. This study aims to investigate upon the overall impact of adaption of such practices in financial sector and the risk associated with it along with the necessity to bring in legal perspective and law regarding the ethical code of conduct. Multidisciplinary approach that combines technical, financial, regulatory and ethical perspectives are adopted based upon methods which include literature reviews and case studies along with regulatory and ethical framework analysis. Increase in number of cyber-attacks and breach of data has now a day more prevalent leading to rising questions about the use and integration of AI and data Analytics in critical financial sector. As technology advance these results show that there is scope of betterment of such emerging trends.
