This article highlights five key strategies for talent acquisition and retention: developing an employer brand and value proposition, targeted recruitment and talent pipeline development, offering attractive and flexible compensation packages, providing continuous learning and career development opportunities, and fostering inclusive leadership to boost employee engagement.
