Abstract The current research investigates the efficacy of the Mindfulness Meditation Therapy (MMT) in improving the psychological well-being and the academic performance of higher secondary students in India. Young people often face high academic stress levels that negatively influence cognitive abilities and academic success as they cause anxiety, depression, and stress.
