Integrative Medicine for Rheumatoid Arthritis: Assessing the Impact of Naturopathic Interventions on Inflammatory Markers - a Narrative Review

Abstract Rheumatoid arthritis is one of the crisis now a days faced by young adults and the elderly, due to an uneven lifestyle and routines in common individuals. By addressing lifestyle factors and encouraging the body's natural healing processes, naturopathy offers a variety of therapies that can help control the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), such as pain and inflammation. Dietary changes, hydrotherapy, acupuncture, and herbal remedies are examples of naturopathic treatments that can lower inflammatory markers and disease activity. So this study goes into the insights and summarizes all the naturopathic interventions done towards the inflammatory markers in the field of integrative medicine.
