| Abstract | simple kinetic-spectrophotometric method for microgram determination of periodate in the range .53 μg/mL to 18.45 μg/mL.The detection limit in terms of Sandell’s sensitivity is 0.0565-0.0915 μg cm-2. The absorbance maximum of the reaction mixture was recorded spectrophotometrically at 490nm. |
