| Abstract | If an individual is aggrieved by any illegal action of an authority, certain remedies shall be available to him. This very object of protection of fundamental and legal rights of aggrieved individuals is done by the constitutional Courts through constitutional remedies provided under various provisions of the Indian Constitution and most prominently under Articles 32 and 226. |
