A Study of Cybersecurity Challenges in Digital Banking in the Vidarbha Region

Abstract	With the fast growth of digital banking, banking services have become easy, quick, and convenient for customers. People can now do banking transactions using mobile phones and the internet. In regions like Vidarbha, many customers are using digital banking, but at the same time, cyber frauds and security problems are also increasing. Due to lack of awareness and technical knowledge, customers face issues like phishing, fake apps, and password or OTP fraud. Therefore, it is important to study cybersecurity problems in digital banking to protect customers and to improve trust and safe use of digital banking services.
