Abstract The present study aims to examine gender differences in emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and coping strategies among college students. A sample of 200 students (100 male and 100 female) from different academic streams was selected. Standardized psychological tools were administered, and statistical analysis was conducted using mean, standard deviation, t-test, and Pearson’s correlation. Results revealed significant gender differences in emotional intelligence and coping strategies, while self-efficacy showed marginal variation. The findings highlight the importance of developing emotional and coping competencies among college students through gender-sensitive interventions.
