| Abstract | CredNest is an AI-powered conversational financial assistance platform designed to improve access to loan information and financial literacy. Due to the lack of standardized banking APIs, loan-related data were manually collected from official bank websites and stored in a structured database for reliable retrieval. The system integrates a large language model with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and contextual memory to deliver accurate, personalized financial guidance. CredNest supports loan eligibility assessment, application guidance, budgeting insights, and savings recommendations through natural language interaction. By combining curated financial datasets, dynamic tool invocation, and conversational context management, the proposed system demonstrates a scalable and effective approach to intelligent financial advisory services in data-constrained environments. |
