| Abstract | This study investigated the challenges and opportunities of the Photovoltaic Mainstreaming Solar Home System (PVM-SHS) for rural electrification in Sitio Tibok, Barangay Bacong, Tulunan, Cotabato. Using a mixed-methods design, data were collected from five PVM-SHS recipient households through structured questionnaires and open-ended responses to examine obstacles in program promotion, the impact of monetary obligations, and the role of PVM-SHS in socio-economic development. |
