| Abstract | This study investigates the socio-economic realities and working conditions of women workers in Haryana State. Using a structured questionnaire with 15 Likert-scale statements, data were collected from 600 respondents across diverse industrial and occupational sectors. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was employed to validate the scale and identify underlying dimensions of women’s experiences. The analysis revealed five distinct factors: Economic Security and Workplace Well-being, Employee Empowerment and Support, Workplace Rights and Safety, Employment Stability and Financial Access, and Gender Equality and Career Opportunities. These factors collectively highlight the multifaceted challenges faced by women workers, ranging from income sufficiency and workplace safety to gender inclusivity and career advancement. The findings provide a comprehensive understanding of the socio-economic and workplace environment, offering valuable insights for policymakers, employers, and researchers. |
