Abstract The formulation improves bioavailability of active phytoconstituents, which enhances reproductive function and endocrine activity through normalization of LH, FSH, and insulin. The study results showed significant improvement in frequency of menstrual cycles (90% in the Ghritam group vs 68% in the control group) and a significant decline in LH/FSH, followed by a restoration of ovarian and metabolic function. The reduction in acne, hirsutism, and body weight, with no side effects, indicates safety and therapeutic potential of the formulation. In conclusion, the Ghritam formulation shows superior results on hormonal imbalance, greater improvement on ovarian function, and improvement in associated PCOD symptoms. This study confirms again the effectiveness, safety, and holistic therapeutic potential of Ghritam in PCOD management and additionally suggests that Ghritam is very appropriate for longer treatments and requires further evidence of clinical application and standardization.
