| Abstract | Abstract: There is no health without mental health. Mental health refers to our psychological state, emotions, and social well-being. We are aware of only physical health, but not mental health. But physical health and mental health both are interconnected. For our daily life, we need both physical and mental health. Both physical and mental health are significantly improved and enhanced by regular practice of yoga. In this article, I want to highlight the role of Astanga yoga in mental health. |
