| Abstract | The pervasive nature of globalization has intensified the need for effective cross-cultural communication, particularly within multinational organizations operating in the Information Technology (IT) sector. As IT companies increasingly rely on diverse, geographically dispersed teams, the ability of employees to communicate and collaborate across cultural boundaries is integral to organizational productivity. Cross-cultural training (CCT) has emerged as a critical tool for enhancing intercultural understanding, improving communication skills, and fostering effective collaboration. This study aims to quantitatively assess the impact of CCT on employee productivity within the IT industry, focusing on key performance indicators such as task efficiency, teamwork, conflict resolution, and employee satisfaction. By examining the relationship between cultural competence and productivity outcomes, this research seeks to determine how cross-cultural training influences the overall performance of multicultural teams. The study hypothesizes that CCT programs contribute to higher productivity by enhancing communication, reducing interpersonal conflicts, and promoting a more cohesive work environment. Through empirical analysis, the research aims to provide valuable insights into the role of cultural competence in enhancing employee performance, thus supporting the broader organizational goals of multinational IT firms in an increasingly globalized marketplace. |
