Author(s) Dr. MOHANA S K

Abstract The word disabled is applied to those who have lost their body parts. The word disabled applies to blind, deaf, speechless, lame, heart patient, epilepsy patient, leprosy patient, and diabetes. This is the opinion of "Advani". Example:- Writer Helen Killer, who lost her hearing and vision due to a serious illness, accepted her self-confidence as a hand, lived for 56 years and wrote 15 books. Disability can be defined so easily, but generally if any part of the body is not fully functional or has partial failure, they are called disabled. Children with disabilities are called disabled because they hinder or limit their participation in normal activities. In short, those who have a disability are called disabled. The aim is to ensure that people in the community are treated equally and to help them face life with courage and confidence.
