WETLANDS IN INDIA: LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND JUDICIAL APPROACH

Abstract Wetlands are disappearing and becoming more contaminated for a variety of causes; the main ones being industry and urbanization. This study aims to critically examine the legislative measures adopted in India to conserve and preserve wetlands. The doctrinal research methodology is used for this.
