Abstract Effective HRM practices help bridge the knowledge and skills gaps among farmers, extension workers, and agribusiness employees, increasing their ability to adopt and sustain precision technology. Furthermore, HRM-based capacity-building initiatives promote adaptability, innovation, and the adoption of data-driven farming practices, which are essential for long-term sustainability. This study emphasizes the contribution of HRM to the social and economic aspects of sustainability by improving labor productivity, creating skilled employment opportunities, and promoting everyone's participation in modern agricultural systems. By aligning human resource strategies with technological and sustainability goals, agricultural organizations and institutions can improve the efficiency, scalability, and impact of precision agriculture initiatives. The paper focuses that combining a strong HRM framework with precise agricultural policies is crucial to achieving agricultural development, especially in developing economies where human capital shortages remain a major barrier to technological change.
