Consciousness to Coherence: A Quantum–Metaphysical Framework of Love in Leadership

Abstract Purpose
The paper presents the Quantum Metaphysical Framework of Love (QMFL) as a theory of coherent meta theory of metaphysics, leadership and systems science. It re-conceptualizes love as not emotion or morality but the rate of coherence, the structural intelligence on how consciousness structures form and meaning of human systems.
Design/methodology/approach
The paper is an integrative theoretical analysis that brings together the views of integral theory, developmental psychology, quantum philosophy and transpersonal leadership. Based on writings by Wilber, Kegan, Laszlo and Bohm, the paper creates a multi-level ontology of leadership that redefines leadership as field stewardship the conscious adjustment of coherence in both relational and organizational levels.
Findings
The QMFL discloses that fragmentation of organizations and societies is caused by incoherence of consciousness separation between intellect and empathy, systems and soul. Love as coherent capacity acts as the ethic and evolutionary power, which restores balance. Leadership then turns out to be the art of maintaining coherence at psychological, relational and systemic levels.
Research limitations/implications
By means of its contribution to theory, it is proposed that empirical validation of the research should be applied in the future with the help of the phenomenological and systems-based approaches that examine the coherence as a quantifiable leadership variable.
Practical implications
The framework offers practical instructions to the leaders and the educators who aim to develop conscious-based leadership practices, prioritizing stillness, ethical alignment, and relational attune as the organizational competencies.
Originality/value
The paper carries leadership theory further to ontological realm by referring to love as the field of consciousness and coherence organizing field. It provides the intersection between the metaphysical and managerial paradigm, creating a new direction of sustainable, caring, and logical leadership.
