| Abstract | This study examines the effectiveness of yoga in reducing anxiety among Class X students of St. Mary’s School in Sonitpur district, Assam. Using an experimental design with control and experimental groups, pre-test and post-test measures were employed. The experimental group received Hatha Yoga practices, while the control group had no intervention. The study highlights yoga as a holistic and non-pharmacological approach to improving adolescent mental well-being in alignment with NEP 2020. |
