| Abstract | This paper examines the relationship between leadership effectiveness and employee retention in modern corporate organizations. In an environment characterized by rapid technological change, competitive pressures, and evolving workforce expectations, leadership has emerged as a critical factor influencing employees’ decision to remain with an organization. Drawing exclusively on established theories and existing literature, the paper conceptualizes leadership effectiveness and explains its role in fostering employee satisfaction, commitment, trust, and long-term retention. By integrating leadership theories with retention perspectives, the paper develops a coherent theoretical understanding that can guide future empirical research and managerial practice. |
