Abstract The present study examines the relationship between Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Academic Performance among students. Using a sample of 90 students, the study explores whether differences in emotional intelligence significantly influence academic outcomes. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and an independent samples t-test. The findings suggest that students with higher emotional intelligence demonstrate significantly better academic performance compared to those with lower emotional intelligence. This study provides insight into emotional intelligence, academic stress, and gender differences for future reference.
