Dream Visualization in AI: Integrating Image Generation and Dream Analysis

Abstract Dreams represent complex manifestations of human emotion, memory, and subconscious cognition, yet their visualization remains largely subjective. Recent advances in artificial intelligence, particularly in generative and multimodal learning, have enabled new possibilities for interpreting and visualizing abstract mental experiences. This paper presents the DREAM (Deep Report for Enhanced AI Modeling) framework, a novel architecture that integrates natural language processing, affective computing, and diffusion-based image generation to transform textual dream narratives into emotionally grounded and semantically coherent visual representations. The framework extracts symbolic entities, narrative structure, and affective states from dream reports and maps them into a multimodal latent space to guide conditional image synthesis. By emphasizing semantic grounding and emotional fidelity, DREAM moves beyond literal text-to-image generation toward psychologically meaningful visualization. Experimental results and qualitative analysis demonstrate improved emotional consistency and narrative coherence compared to existing generative models. The proposed approach highlights the potential of emotionally aware generative AI for applications in psychology, creative arts, and cognitive research.
