Abstract Substance abuse refers to the harmful or hazardous use of psychoactive substances, including alcohol and illicit drugs, leading to significant health, social, and economic problems. It is widely recognized as a major public health issue affecting adolescents and youth worldwide. Studies have shown that structured educational interventions can significantly enhance knowledge and awareness about substance abuse and its negative consequences.
